Members of the Reservoir Analogues Research Group regularly conduct contract research or consultancy for clients. Staff also conduct industry courses in the field and in the classroom.
Classroom-based courses include: Fundamentals of Depositional Environments, Clastic Sequence Stratigraphy, and Reservoir Modelling.
Examples of contract work include: Assesment of depositional envrionments, description of outcrop analogues, core descriptions, facies analysis and review.
Field training courses for industry have included: 'An Outcropping Salt-Withdraw Mini-Basin Filled With Deepwater Sediments – The Donkey Bore Syncline, South Australia', 'Fluvial-lacustrine reservoir analogues of the Lake Eyre Basin'
